Free Training Days

Free training days are regularly run at our offices in Rugby and the schedule for this year is detailed opposite. These days are available to all supported PropertyPro users on a first come first served basis. All you have to do is fax back a list of attendees together with any topics you would specifically like to be covered to 01788 862525. If you do not have a booking form then please download one in either PDF or Word format or contact Kate Hoare on 01788 862555 and she will be happy to arrange for one to be sent.

These days are in addition to the 2 free training days that each PropertyPro user is entitled to. These should be taken within 6 weeks of installation and are courses run for individual companies scheduled around the installation date.

Once your new system and network have been installed, our qualified trainers will ensure that your staff are completely competent with every aspect of PropertyPro^® before they are faced with their first customer. Staff training is offered free to every new user of PropertyPro^® at our training suite in Rugby, or if preferred, training can be given at your premises for a small cost. If required, our staff can also be in place to hand-hold during the first few days. In addition, a bureau service can be provided to key all your existing details into the system and scan in photographs so that the database is complete the day you go live.
