PropertyPro Software

PropertyPro is a comprehensive and very powerful property and applicant database that is easy to use. Developed by skilled computer software engineers in close co-operation with estate agency end users to make an estate agency friendly work tool designed to help manage and develop business.

It holds applicants, clients and any other contacts (solicitor, surveyors), properties (current and archive), searches (applicants who are on the mailing list). The system will match and mail (by post and e-mail) recording all actions to buyer and seller files.

Standard letters are driven through Microsoft Word.
Advertising copy, including colour separations can be generated from the property database. Powerful management tools include all kinds of customer and property reports, comparables etc. Diary (office and negotiator) and task scheduling.
